Day Two - Art and Planning


Updates for the second day of development:

  • Artwork for some of the main game items (included for puzzles) has been completed
  • Artwork for a main component of the games end goal has started and looking very promising
  • Documentation for exactly what goes where, why and how is in it's first stages.
  • Coding today was minimal, at best.

Moving forward:

  • Code for inventory needs some finalisation and some proper implementation once some of the artwork is done
  • Code for object interaction needs to be started (This no doubt will be both frustrating and fun)
  • Scenery artwork will come second to the main interactive but some 'dressing' artwork needs doing to make it all seem 'real'
  • A ticking (working) clock has been planned, you need to know the time right? right?!
